CHROMEBOOK/PROJECTOR UPDATES, SETUP. TECHNICAL HELP (7/26 -7/28)
STUFF ATTENDEE BAGS (7/27 - 7/28)
EXHIBITOR LIAISON: Help exhibitors find their exhibit table.. (7/28 - 7/29)
REGISTRATION DESK: Welcome conference attendees, check-in & give directions and hand-out conference materials. (7/28 afternoon through 8/2 am)
RUNNER: Provide assistance and fill-in as needed (7/27 - 8/3 am)
SPEAKER INTRODUCTIONS/ROOM MONITOR: EC will provide speaker introductions. Liaison will be responsible for reading introduction, giving speaker thank you note, facilitating Q&A, starting power point and keeping session on time. (7/29 - 8/2)
SET UP FLAGS FOR INTERNATIONAL LUNCHEON (7/31 am)
CONFERENCE TEAR DOWN: Tear down, pack up, move conference stuff to storage 8/2 - 83 am)
